On 22 October 2024, at 6 p.m., in the framework of Art Days – Napoli Campania, we will present the catalogo of the exhibition Look Closer – 7 artworks in the bedroom  together withe artists and curators involved.

This catalog, the first produced by SuperOtium, an art space and boutique hotel, aims to document part of the journey developed over these seven years of activity, rooted in its role as a meeting point between those arriving from elsewhere and the creative communities that bring the city to life.

The exhibition Look Closer – 7 Works in the Bedroom, from which this catalog originates, opened on June 25, 2024, in the presence of the artists and curators, our audience, and the travelers staying at SuperOtium.

The project is part of the cultural program curated by Nicola Ciancio for SuperOtium (a project realized by Nicola Ciancio and Vincenzo Falcione), which aims to offer guests new perspectives on Naples through residencies, exhibitions, meetings, and events, fostering connections between travelers and the local creative and cultural communities. The theme Look Closer, proposed for the 2024 season, serves as an invitation to observe closely, allowing the discovery of details, depth, and imperfections.

SuperOtium is a house in the heart of Naples, founded by Nicola Ciancio and Vincenzo Falcione, designed to welcome tourists, artists, travelers, and creatives. A meeting place where artist residencies, events, exhibitions, and accommodation coexist to inspire artists and creatives and challenge the assumptions of travelers, proposing new perspectives through which to view the city.
